Labs and x-rays are specialty charges and not included as part of the monthly membership, but can be billed through your insurance.
Additional Membership Information

Discounts are available for families of 3 or more children. 50% off membership for the 3rd child and beyond.

Families who pay annually receive a 10% discount.

To become a member, we will set up a meet and greet virtual meeting first to see if we are a good patient-doctor fit.

We are happy to provide a receipt upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your coverage plan.
